Your email is for campaign updates—not for sale.

What we collect

If you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your first name. We also keep the confirmation needed to show that you asked to join the list. Our website and email providers may process standard technical information needed to prevent abuse and deliver messages.

How we use it

We use this information to send occasional updates from the campaign to elect Brian Best as Waterloo Public School Trustee, including news, events and ways to get involved. We do not sell or rent the list.

Who helps us provide the service

The campaign website is hosted by Vercel and campaign email is managed through Resend. Those providers process information on our behalf to operate the website and deliver email.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in any campaign update. You can also ask what information we have about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing brian@best4schoolboard.com.

Retention and changes

We keep list information while it is needed for the campaign or until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We will update this notice if the way the list is used materially changes.
